The Teebica process was developed by Georg Raudaschl, a coffee industry veteran since 2003. He began his journey by creating fluid-bed shop roasters under the brand Roastmaxtor and later expanded into running cafes and cultivating Arabica coffee, focusing on Typica and Bourbon varieties.

Teebica production has transformed this scenario by enabling hill-tribe farmers to harvest coffee leaves up to five times a year from the same plants. This provides them with a consistent source of income, strengthening the local economy and fostering long-term sustainability.
